Having buyered remorse before I even got the bathroom done. The sales representative never gave us any example, and didn't tell us what the name of the materials they're using. I was dumb and naive and signed with them, everything was done over the computer. I keep calling to find out the name of the material. They are putting up on the walls. Mason, Aaron and their crew were amazing. They communicated effectively throughout the entire process. Roofing is not my thing but with their help I was able to understand exactly what was being done and why. Project was done within three weeks of our first conversation. The tear off roof was conpleted in one day. Clean up was excellent!

Aaron did a great job replacing our roof shingles. It was not an easy job but he persisted in making it work. He is refreshingly honest, too, which we really appreciate.

Recently had a roof replaced by Five Star Improvements. They made the process easy right from the beginning. They did everything they said they would do. They used high quality materials. The crew worked extremely hard and cleaned up when job was finished. Matt M checked to make sure everything was alright and answered all of our questions.

We had a roof replaced 2 years ago and we had a few concerns. We called the office and they sent Aaron out and he responded promptly. He was very professional, courteous, and resolved our concerns in a timely manner and did a great job.
