Five Star Bath Solutions did a remarkable job updating my shower!!! Wes is a master craftsman and perhaps the most pleasant, respectful workman I’ve ever had. Highly recommend!!
This 5 star review is for the installer, Wes only...not the company. Wes was timely, professional and took his time to ensure we had a well constructed, well sealed shower bench. The new bench is much better looking and better built than the previous one. My husband and I are giving the company only 2 stars. The reason for this is because it took the company 11 months to fix a warranty issue and we had to initiate every follow up (many, many phone calls and emails).
