We spent 30K to get all of the windows In our house replaced + add two security doors. They mis measured one of the main windows , so when they came to install it, they didn’t have the proper window to install. Two weeks later they returned to install the correct window, but had failed to measure the security doors. So now they are unable to install the security doors. Measurements, planning, and keeping me fully consulted and informed throughout. The final products were even better than expected. The installation went extremely well and efficiently, with the workers proving to be professional, considerate and very competent! I enthusiastically recommend Design Windows and am glad I chose them.
Terrible experience working with this company. I would rate 0 if possible. They had a measurement error which led to the project going 38 days beyond the contractual obligation. They also made a handshake agreement to install security doors, which is why we gave them the contract. They did not install these doors and claimed “this wasn’t in the contract”.
