Today we had the opportunity to meet with Jack to talk about replacing a couple windows in our home. Our replacement needs are somewhat unique so it was a great relief to have someone who understood our vision and our challenges. Jack was able to explain the benefits of their windows when compared to other brand names and showed us selections that work perfectly with our current windows. I am very happy with my new doors and the experience I had with the salesman and the installer was very satisfactory. I changed the plans for the doors and the idea for the new doors was more attractive and the sales person understood what I needed to make the doors more to my liking. Plus, a bit cheaper. The installer, Jayson, was professional, polite and did a great job! It was a double door project, and the frame had to be removed, and a new one installed before the doors could be installed. I used Desert King Windows and am very pleased with their work and window. Juan and project manager, Jay, treated me with respect and stayed until I was 100% happy with their install of my window. Cleaned up 🧹 to where you couldn’t tell they had been here. Would definitely use again.
