I am VERY pleased with my new windows! They look beautiful and I can tell they are doing a much better job keeping the cold OUTSIDE! They open and close much more smoothly than the old ones they replaced. Robert (salesperson) knows his products! He easily explained why his windows were as good as the competitor - and for a much nicer price! Desert King Windows was a third of what the competitor quoted! Not sure that I got 25% off on all my windows and sliding glass door. When I recieved my receipt for the windows and sliding glass door there was no evidence of the discount of any type. Even when I recieved my contract there were signs of discount applied. So now I’m looking to have proof of window and sliding glass door priceing. As for finishing sliding glass door was finished off great. As for my windows inside I was told that I would have to finish them off my self. Desert King did a phenomenal job on my window, slider and door replacement. The installers were professional, courteous and respectful. Juan made his work harder as he wanted to make sure my current security gate stayed put so he worked around it to remove the old door and replaced with new one. I told him if he needed to remove the security door and it got damaged that was ok if it made the process easier (I would just get a new one). Quality French doors that by all means surpass my old vinyl sliders. Everything moved smoothly from start to finish. Everyone was knowledgeable, and the guys installing the doors do everything possible to ensure a great fit. I highly recommend Desert King!
We had an excellent experience with Desert King Windows from start to finish. Greg, the sales representative, came out to my mom’s home in Boulder City and was professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. We replaced two old bay windows that had become cloudy and nearly impossible to see out of, along with a sliding glass door.
