Our Desert King windows look great. Jose and his team did an excellent job installing our Simonton windows. They were professional, efficient and took care to clean up inside and out. The windows look better than our original windows and are easy to clean. We are happy with the look and the process.

The 1st interaction with our sales representative, Mauricio, was great. He explained all the options and helped us with some arch window options. Very polite and knowledgeable on products. Install is were things went downhill... the first crew (Rick and helper) they sent out spent 3 days installing and things did not go well. This crew came back a week or so later to "fix" some issues and finish everything. Things were not fixed and I had to get the project manager to come out to review everything. Great service with desert king Windows. It all started with enthusiastic Mauricio who helped all the way through to obtaining the SRP rebate. Originally I only wanted to replace three bad windows (25 years old) and found out that compared to other companies adding just a little bit more I was able to get the entire house replaced including the sliding door. We needed a new sliding patio door, my colleague recommended Anlin windows and doors, and I went to their website and made a request. Within 24hrs Desert King called me and setup a time to come explore options. To make a long story short, we ended up replacing all our large windows and sliding patio door.
