I just have 17 windows replaced by Desert King Windows and I couldn't be happier with the experience. First, Brandt, the sales rep, was helpful and patience explaining all the details and making sure we got what we wanted. He really listened to us, and he even arranged a personal meet at their facilities to help us decide between two different types of framings. David and his crew were always on time, courteous, and respectful. The process to replace all the windows and two sliders in our house took four full days. With such a big job, a mess is to be expected. However, the amount of cleanup was minimal in my opinion. The install crew did a great job keeping the dust and debris to a bare minimum. We had excellent service from start to finish and are so happy with our new windows! We did 14 windows and a sliding glass door and chose the tan frames, non retro fit. It already makes a huge difference with the heat coming in from the sun. The technicians were great and friendly. They did miss ordering on window but got the order in quickly and they were back out in a couple weeks to put it in. I highly recommend this company.
Our entire experience with Desert King Windows has been positive. Sales rep, Maricio fully explained their products and install procedures. They provided several options for styles, color and configurations. Our windows were custom made at a rock bottom price. Our install team of Mike Pearson and Cindy were so expert and quick. They treated our home as they would their own. Even our dog liked them. They left no construction debris. It was as if they were never there! They earned our 5 star rating.
