I contacted Custom Exteriors and they were prompt with communication quickly connecting with me for an evaluation and estimate. The process was smooth and they really worked with me to get the job done. I was kept aware throughout every step of the process and appreciate their professionalism. When issues arose they were quick to respond and remedy the situation. I am a very satisfied customer and have recommended them to all of my neighbors.
Excellent company to do business with. They replaced all the windows in our house with energy efficient ones. Workmanship was excellent. Workmen cleaned up after themselves everyday. No problems at all. Would recommend this company.
These people do excellent work and stand behind what they do. My latest experience was the installation of an additional window in the kitchen. They were prompt, kept in touch, and did quality work. This is a contractor that doesn't disappear, but is always available. They also did a minor repair for some work they previously did about 7 or 8 years ago at no cost.
This project was to replace existing vinyl windows that were installed incorrectly. The team at Custom Exteriors was good to work with. Customer Service was responsive and kept me informed of my project and timeline. Installers were great, did a nice job of removing the old windows and installing the new and made sure that the new windows were sealed correctly. They protected my property, cleaned up daily and made sure the house was safe. The new windows look fabulous and enhance the light in the house amazingly.
The team at custom exteriors installed new windows at my home 3 weeks ago and did a fantastic job. They were on time, worked as a team to complete the job and cleaned up when they were done.
I enjoyed the excellent customer service.My phone calls were always returned on the same day and the staffs were very helpful and professional.My door was beautifully installed with remarkable details. Sandor, thank you for the kind words. Renoworks Pro is one of the best contractor tools we use. We take a photo of a prospective customers home and modify windows, entry doors, stucco and stone, cement fiber siding, paint, roofing,and can even turn the California drought challenged yard green again. Only wish he had this years ago as it really manages expectations and project costs.
