From start to finish: A+ The salesperson, Ryan, worked the numbers with me & presented options. He is passionate about decking. The crew was very cordial. They knew what they had to do and did it very professionally and respected my property. Lucas consistently communicated with me throughout the construction. From start to finish his was a great experience for us. There was plenty of communication and coordination. The work was scheduled for 5 days to account for weather but was completed in 2. Chris was our sales representative, very knowledgeable and patient with us. Omar directed the crew on site, a good educational leader. Lucas was the PM, he coordinated the project and kept us informed along the way. Thanks for the improvement to our home.
