From start to finish: A+ The salesperson, Ryan, worked the numbers with me & presented options. He is passionate about decking. The crew was very cordial. They knew what they had to do and did it very professionally and respected my property. Lucas consistently communicated with me throughout the construction. I am very satisfied with the work that was done and the whole process, even with the customer care person at the very end. Thank you for helping my dream come true.

I was very impressed by the entire project. My salesman, Ryan Caldwell, was great. Understood what I was looking for and able to give me a solution that worked for me. He explained what the process would entail. Made me feel confident in my choice to use Contract Exteriors. Contract Exteriors did a fantastic job on our new deck. Ryan provided information of the step by step process, provided financing options and provided samples of the materials we wanted to use for the deck. Communication by the Project Manager, Lucas, was clear and the craftsmanship was excellent. While there were a few hiccups along the way due to permit inspections and some unforeseen flooring damage, these were not the fault of the company. We had a great experience with Contract Exteriors from the beginning to the end of the project. The staff and crew were extremely professional and respectful to us and our home. They paid attention to detail. Lucas and Joseph answered all our questions and went the extra mile in making sure that the job was completed to our satisfaction. Our experience with Contract Exteriors in completing a Hardie siding project was excellent.
