The only thing was they said they'd go over the yard after replacing the roof to pick up nails in yard. Never did. There were 15 on our patio in back . Are in the driveway, and some in the front yard and on each of the sides of the house. We borrowed a magnet and found what we could but at 70s it was hard. Husband has a very bad back and I have heart condition. We got done the best we could. But roof is ok so far

This business is the most unknowledgeable, inadequately trained and the most disgusting company I have ever dealt with. I have been in the building trade since the young age of 8. I have worked for million dollar companies and never had a job worsen after a new installation than with cmm roofing. 3 portions of the roof has been leaking after new installation and continues leaking even after they came out 1 time. In 2021, CMM performed an entire roof replacement for $16,000. I was very pleased with the quality of workmanship and the professionalism of the owners. Fast forward to post Ian. After incurring what appeared to be minimal roof damage, I contacted CMM in order to schedule a roof inspection in order to repair said damage. I was informed that I would be placed on a waiting list and the appraisal would cost $250, as CMM was only doing complete roof restorations at the time.
