CMM roofing were great from start to finish, after hurricane Milton my roof was damaged. They were quick to come trapping the roof and gave me a really fair estimate. The roof was done within the timeframe they gave us. They were always ready to help anytime I called them.
I can’t say enough good things about CMM Roofing. Our home’s roof in Bradenton was badly damaged during Hurricane Milton. We choose to upgrade it to a new 24 gauge standing seam roof. The team at CMM Roofing answered all our questions and walked us through the whole process. Their workers were polite and kept the job site clean. I had a really good experience with CMM. The guy they sent out to give me a quote was super professional and friendly and got the quote back to me really quick which I had issues with when getting some comparison quotes with other companies. I appreciate them making the effort to follow up rather than me having to keep reaching out for more info or to get my questions answered. The sales person, Pete, was extremely helpful to me from start to finish. My roof went up in three days and when the crew left, It was as if they had never been there. They cleaned the job site extremely well. I highly recommend!
After hurricane Ian, Southwest Florida was invaded with out of state contractors changing exuberant rates for roofing with 8+week wait. CMM was the only contractor that provided a reasonable estimate and was able to begin work within 4 weeks. The foreman laid out a clear plan as to what was going to happen and when. The crew performed exactly to the schedule. Organized, efficient and cleaned every day. Very happy customer.
