My recent dealings with Studio 41 were a disaster. I hope this feedback inspires them to rethink their processesor at least train staff to convincingly fake an apology. My experience on a kitchen remodel..and my experience has been a disaster. I was working with *** and her manager ******. Let me start with ***, she was initially responsive at first but as the project was materializing her emails distilled down to one or two word emails without further explanation. Absolute worst experience with Studio 41. I replaced my kitchen cabinets through Studio 41 . I have the email to prove where I gave the correct dimensions to the designer, The designer went ahead and added 3 inches to my cabinets, thus making them not fit between the walls. also I let the designer know in writing and photos that I currently owned the pull out spice racks and planned to use them in the new kitchen. The designer tossed them on the bill t the tune of $697 each!!!! And studio 41 only refunded half the cost!!! Wh... read more
