Bruin did a great job installing a door and five new windows in our ongoing ~400 sq ft addition project. They had no problems working with our ongoing project. I framed the window openings, they advised on their preferred dimensions for the door frame, and the installation crew took it from there. I was worried about color-matching the existing windows. We had a non-standard sized wooden front door replaced by Bruin. We chose Bruin based upon their reviews and price. When the first door arrived with the incorrect hinge swing (ordering issue), the team quickly re-ordered the door and rescheduled our install. The door came out beautifully and seals securely. They were able to work with the non-standard size and reframe the door to really upgrade the look of our house. Communication and customer service were great and the craftsman ship is top-notch!
I’m a return customer! Bruin replaced my siding and gutters last year and I had them come back to install a new front door, which is quite an exceptionally large special order door. I wasn’t satisfied with interior trim/molding after install and they came right back and made sure it was done to my liking. We had a really great experience with Bruin Remodeling Group. They were easy to work with, communicative, and made the whole process feel very straightforward! They replaced our sliding glass deck door, and the finished result looks super clean and professional. The entire install only took one day, which was impressive, and they even handled all the building permit details for us, which made things a lot easier. Overall, just top-caliber work and a smooth experience from beginning to end. I’d definitely recommend them.
Spent $450,000+ with them just to hack stuff in, flood water in my walls, and flood my 1st floor and my finished basement all in separate occasions. I'll edit and add more photos later. Waiting for a response to the damages they caused. Not holding my breath.... Water coming out from my siding.
