We have been needing a sliding glass door replaced for several years. Finally decided to take the leap and started searching for companies. Bo Lacey Construction was one of the top and I am so glad we chose them. Everything has been perfect from the estimator Jimmy, to the project coordinator Brad, to the installers Dustin and Frank (I think that was his name). Great experience from beginning to end. Char in sales came to our house and walked us through all of our estimates, products and installation process. Brad, project manager was wonderful and came out to talk about start date and what to expect on install day. Also was available via text or phone with any questions. Installation was quick and efficient and the crew cleaned up everything well.

There was a consistent lack of communication about scheduling and progress updates. Several times I was told someone would be coming to complete the work, but no one showed up or followed up with a phone call. On one occasion an appointment was cancelled due to weather but never properly rescheduled. For example, I was supposed to receive a phone call and only received communication once I reached out. This was the first time I have used bo Lacey. They did a roof and gutters from the first visit to the end of the project Scott and Marion was very responsive to any questions I had Scott point out I need to have the over hangs fixed and they took care of them as well. They told me the time frame and keep to their word. Thank you Scott and Marion. We’ll use them again for other projects

Everything from the initial estimate to the completion of the roof went very smoothly. All the work was completed in just one day and we love the look of our new roof.Awesome job! Thanks, Snow, Marion, and Scott!!
