We had a great experience from beginning to end. We had damage to our roof from ice dams in January that caused interior leaking. We called multiple contractors and BoLacey answered the same day and set up an appointment for the same week. Jeremiah came prepared, provided a quote on the spot, had a company presentation ready, and samples of all the materials he quoted. After our ‘simple’ siding replacement turned into a bit more involved than originally planned, the team at Bo Lacey did an excellent job of getting repairs lined up and finished the siding. Always someone to get ahold of when we had any questions. Couldn’t be happier with the finished project.
I had my house sided by Bo Lacey out of Norwalk. The outcome left me with only one complaint. I didn't do this year's ago. Everyone was very helpful and easy to work with. They answered all my questions. The job was completed in a timely manner, considering the weather. No mess was left behind. The workers were courteous and definitely knew there job. I will be contacting them for another project I plan on this summer. Thank you Bo Lacey for a fine job well done.
Great response time. Not afraid to take a small job. Great communication. Quality work. They removed french doors to be able to shore up the floor under door that was soft and missing supports. Also wrapped in metal to protect wood casing. Bit pricey but job well done.
