Damaged my foundation. It crumbled. Left with a big disaster. Called and texted blown off for weeks waiting to see if they could fix. Finally told me they couldnt fix it or help me. Now I have a cracked foundation and no French drain. Completely ignored me many times. Most stressful experience I have ever had with a contractor. They should have not jack hammered my floor after seeing the wall. It couldnt handle it.

To clarify the sequence of events: We began our standard waterproofing process by removing drywall 2 feet from the floor on the east wall of your basement, where we immediately discovered pre-existing foundation damage that had been hidden.
