Steve was super helpful when I reached out about waterproofing a basement. He walked me through the potential costs and the process. He patiently answered my questions and was very professional.
Had blue umbrella do a French drain and three new sump pumps in basement. Excellent work with high quality materials. Worked with Tony who was extremely professional and nice. The owner Steve also came by the site to check on progress and whether I had any questions. He also followed up after which was great. Wilson the foreman was really helpful during the process. Had French drains and a sump pump installed by blue umbrella. They did a great job, had it done in one day. Tony was great as a salesman and both Tony and the owner Steve came by on installation day to make sure everything was done right. They left the site cleaner than when they initially arrived, and I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for this type of work. A pleasure to deal with.
Clean and very good job
We had French drains installed around the whole perimeter of the basement. They were very professional from start to finish. Very fair quote and to be honest the best we recieved. On the day of the project, Tony who had given the quote was there to walk us through everything and get it all going. Even Steve the owner came out and checked in with us. The crew was great. They answered any questions we had, were very hard working and left the house cleaner then they found it. Overall a great experience.
