Blue Umbrella exceeded our expectations of a basement waterproofing company. I had to write a second review because my first review never received a confirmation email because I never received it. Aside from that, Blue Umbrella retains its 5 Star Ratings. I learned a lot from ******, after 3 plus hours, it was very educational. The proposal is clearly written and easy to understand without any small print! Prices are reasonable and extremely transparent. Different items have quotes and you dont have to select all, just whatever works for your waterproofing needs and budget. Lemme start with saying I am very big on customer service and it is super important to me. Initially I called Blue Umbrella and spoke to ***** (the owner) who immediately got **** (the salesman) on a three way call and we discussed what I was looking to do. I scheduled **** come over and give me the run down. A few days later I called and confirmed I will use there services. Blue Umbrella waterproofed our home a couple of years ago and one of our sump pums recently started to leak some water within the basin. Everything was within the tub, but it was still a concern. Reached out and ***** was able to send help the same day!! They fixed the connection and relieved all our worries. Its great to know they are not one of those take your money and never see them again. Highly recommend their services !!

Blue Umbrella has been great to work with. I have been so impressed and happy to see how they stand behind their work. We were having an issue with our pump set up and ***** followed up and worked with us to make things right and ensure everything was up and running properly. Really couldnt ask for more as a customer. Im glad we choose to work with them. Fantastic work and great service. Highly recommend.

Had such a great experience with Blue Umbrella. *****, takes great pride in his company, the work they provide, and the satisfaction of his customers. Had foundation reinforcement applied across a wall in my basement. **** and his team were absolute professionals who did the project right and did so with massive respect for our home. The entire team followed up to ensure that I was satisfied with the project and ensured there was no concerns.Great company, and a great team. Would recommend.

Absolutely amazing from the first phone call to the last this business is run by individuals who care! When you call, you speak to the knowledgeable owner *****. **** (the project manager) made an appointment with me and took the time to explain the whole process to me, he even went as far to explain the differences between their drainage system and other companies. From start to finish the experience with Blue Umbrella was amazing. ****** came out exactly as scheduled and not only worked through a solution with me but also gave a really informative presentation. Magnificent job by *****, **** and the entire Blue Umbrella Crew. They waterproofed my entire basement and we got the second emergency battery back up pump and battery. Not a drop of water in basement after the past few storms.I highly recommend them to anyone having basement water issues.
