When you call, you speak to the knowledgeable owner *****. **** (the project manager) made an appointment with me and took the time to explain the whole process to me, he even went as far to explain the differences between their drainage system and other companies. From start to finish the experience with Blue Umbrella was amazing. ****** came out exactly as scheduled and not only worked through a solution with me but also gave a really informative presentation. From there he was available for any and all questions. His team came out a few weeks later and did an amazing job. They were prompt and our french drain was put in in under a day! Magnificent job by *****, **** and the entire Blue Umbrella Crew. They waterproofed my entire basement and we got the second emergency battery back up pump and battery. Not a drop of water in basement after the past few storms.I highly recommend them to anyone having basement water issues.

Damaged my foundation. It crumbled. Left with a big disaster. Called and texted blown off for weeks waiting to see if they could fix. Finally told me they couldnt fix it or help me. Now I have a cracked foundation and no French drain. Completely ignored me many times. Most stressful experience I have ever had with a contractor. They should have not jack hammered my floor after seeing the wall. It couldnt handle it.
