We started experiencing significant basement flooding after Hurricane ***** and it became progressively worse so we knew we needed some sort of basement waterproofing.We called a few local NJ waterproofers but Blue Umbrella responded immediately and came out for a consultation and estimate. Workers were efficient, and timely. Barriers were put up to protect our belongings. **** answered every text I sent. (and there were many) very happy with the results. Hopefully this will take care of any water coming in from storms.

What is so great about this company, is that they honored their guarantee and when after our first bit of work we had done, experienced a small amount of moisture from an extreme storm, they came back and reinforced the paths of water flow to the sump pump at no cost to us. And, they didn't make us wait weeks, they came back some three days later. It was such a relief.
