Chance and Darian did a fantastic job bringing my 1970s bathroom into the 21st century. They were very professional doing everything down to the smallest detail and didn't leave until they were sure that we were completely satisfied and had no more questions or issues. Everyone I worked with at Otterly Baths was very professional and polite. Molly and Blake were very helpful in getting the project planned, and the installers were knowledgeable and respectful of our property, and stayed late to get the job done. They were not the cheapest, but I’m convinced they are one of the better contractors out there. The only reason I did not rate them five stars was the final caulking. I had Otterly Baths replace my bathtub, shower walls, and fixtures. These new fixtures, tub and shower walls look amazing! The workmanship and attention to detail by Chance, Darian and Terry was impressive. The results are outstanding! The team was professional, punctual, and kept everything clean throughout the project. Communication was clear and friendly from start to finish. I highly recommend Otterly Baths to anyone looking to upgrade their bathroom. They truly deliver quality work and professionalism.

Wonderful company, very friendly and accommodating, responsive and transparent. The entire process was a breeze!
