Our walk-shower turned out even more beautiful than we could have imagined. The project was completed earlier than planned. The men were professional, friendly and courteous. The caulking in the seams was perfect and couldn’t have been done any better. We were very happy with the results and we highly recommend Bath Masters. Thank you, Ned & Lee
We are very satisfied with not only the finished product...but all the steps along the way. Bath Masters kept us informed of what they were doing, how long it would take, and called throughout the week checking in to make sure any questions/concerns we had were answered. We have "showed off" our before and after pics with family, co-workers, and friends. It now feels like a spa in our master bath. Thank you!
From the beginning of working with BathMasters, the staff and sales representative were very friendly and professional and this continued with the installation crew, whose workmanship was outstanding. We never felt pressured in anyway and the work we had done was completed in a timely manner (in extreme cold at times). The two men working on the project were very detailed and always polite, giving suggestions when asked! My wife and I would highly recommend with them.
Bath masters did a phenomenal job installing a shower that would fit my 88 year old veteran grandfathers needs. They took the time to ensure handicap accessible bars and seat were fitted In The best locations for his needs and were great at communicating throughout the entire project. From start to finish, our experience was fantastic! Our crew, Lee and Ben, were professional, polite and personable. They were punctual, and kept us informed on every step.
