We made an appointment with a gentleman that was having a hard time with his kid in the background. You could hear the screaming. Once we made the appointment we received confirmation emails from Bath Fitter which we acknowledged. The final email being the day of the appointment. It was a NO SHOW! No-one showed up. No phone call. No email. We have not heard from them since. What a waste of time.
All went well until the financing. I was promised 24 mo with no interest or payments. Their guy screwed up the paperwork and now I have monthly payments of almost $400 to avoid interest. Very upset with Bathfitter because they wouldn't fix it. I will post this everywhere.
Business response:
Thank you for sharing your concerns. I’m truly sorry this has been such a frustrating experience for you — especially after the installation went well.
