Michael came in early and got the job done within 1 day. He was thorough, professional, and very clean. He was also polite and courteous with letting us use the bathroom. He explained everything very well.

Hayden gave us a courtesy call before he showed up. He was very nice and respectful the entire time he was in our home. He worked hard and he did an amazing job. Our shower looks beautiful we couldn’t be happier and we would definitely recommend him to everyone!

Hayden provided amazing service! He demolished my old shower/tub and installed my new shower/tub in just 2 days. He was very kind and considerate and treated me, my home, and my dogs with a lot of care. He did a really thorough job and every detail looks great! He cleaned up really well when he was done and provided great communication throughout the process. I felt comfortable the whole time he was here. Would highly recommend Hayden with Bath Fitters in Kennewick.

Michael was here finishing a repair today. He is amazing. He is very professional, knowledgeable and kind. My bathroom looks amazing, better than before. Bath Fitter stands behind their warranty. I will definitely call bath fitter when I remodel the next bathroom. Michael is my favorite Technician. Thank you Michael!!
