I love my walk-in shower. One of the shower doors started to drag; called and got an appointment right away. Tech arrived today to adjust the door. Only took him a few minutes. He was extremely nice and knowledgeable. The person I talked to in making the appointment was very nice as well. Very happy with this company--would definitely employ them again. No cost as the shower has a lifetime warranty.
We had Bathfitters do a remodel/bath replacement back in 2013. They did a fabulous job! We absolutely love our bathroom. Still to this day. The warranty is top notch. We have only had a couple of things over the years that we’ve had to call them on, and they have been great to work with. Those things were minor and normal things to need repair and replaced. Johnathan has been our tech 3 times and has wonderful to work with. A real pleasure. I would highly recommend Bath Fitters for all your needs.
Brandon L was great. He did a great job making our shower look new again. We are happy with the job he did and glad Bathfitters will come back and do things like this.
The installation process was quick, however the job is still not fully completed. Lots of flaws with placement of the shower rod and a caulk job at base of tub is sticky and messy. Caulking got on our wood trim and wasn't removed. A few weeks later we discovered a leak in the tub faucet and the shower head faucet was also leaking after using the shower. The tub faucet was not sealed properly and leaked through the pipes into our garage causing damage in the drywall. I'm guessing there's a broken pipe inside from the installa... read more
