Scott Wilson went above and beyond servicing our Bath Fitter shower! The handle broke trying to turn water off, and Scott was at our house within the day (on a Saturday!) to come fix it. He also kindly walked me through a solution to get the water off just to the shower over the phone so we could turn water back on to house. Excellent service!!

Years ago we recieved a bathtub replacement with a walk-in shower. BathFitter did an amazing job then. However, the fixture broke and was difficult to shut off. I called BathFitter and 2 days later Brandon L arrived! He gave me a heads up 2 hrs before with a more precise arrival time. When he arrived, completely curtious and respectful. Told me what all he was going to do and approximately how ling it would take. Service was amazing!

The people were nice but there was a lot of misinformation. Like, no caulking, it was supposed to lock together. Lots of caulking kept it all together On the top edge of the shower, a big bump of caulking. We were told a crew would be out. One man did almost all the work, a plumber stopped by for a little while, no crew. I would have put pictures up, but there is no place to do so..... the service was change our bathtub to a shower. There is a shower. : ●(

We are thrilled with our new gorgeous tub, surround and fixtures. Our installer, Scott Wilson was efficient, informative and very personable. We were impressed that he did the entire job by himself. We would definitely recommend Bathfitter and especially Scott Wilson to anyone.
