February 19th 2026 I was sold a shower by Brandon H from Bathfitter. Was told in 3-4 weeks a tech would be on site to install it. Once on site from start to finish would be a 3 Day job. Today is June 28th 2026 and my project is still not done. They did come may 4th and started the job but now it’s June 28th and not done. The kicker? From contact to start then finish it was a pleasurable experience. All involved were extremely nice and professional. The finished product shows the installer did a great job. I was impressed with the number of calls I received to welcome me and explain the process of ordering and installing the new shower/tub combo. They had estimated a 4 to 5 week install date but an opening came up in 2 weeks and called to see if I was available for installation the next day. So I got my install much sooner than expected.

Matthew did a great job - took out our old tub, replaced it with a walk-in shower, and cleaned up all the mess. We're very satisfied!

Mike Grieve arrived on time to fix our Bathfitter ceiling. There was a small gap in the ceiling. Mike put in a few rivets and had it fixed in no time. He was very courteous and knowledgeable. He has a very nice personality and gets along well with customers.
