From the time we talked with the salesman (John), through the completion of the job, we had a very good experience. Good communication and personable staff. All the workers were professional, and we felt very comfortable having them in our house. They showed us what they had done and gave us instruction and advice on how to use and maintain the work. Mike with Bathfitters was fantastic. He basically installed my shower by himself. Very safety oriented and knowledgeable. He did a terrific job. Even though your commercials indicate one day install, it took two days. But I’m thrilled with the finished product.

Had a great experience last night working with Bath Fitters sales rep John Cipriani. He listened to my needs for an upgrade in my bathroom and had wonderful suggestions. He did everything he possibly could do to make it safe and affordable for my family and put a rush on our order due to medical needs. I had always heard nightmares about the cost but it was only half of what I anticipated. John was informative, helpful, a great listener and not pushy. Just what I want in a salesman.

I have had my new shower and tub install for about 12 yrs. I had to have something replaced and Steve Arthur was very informative and explained everything to me. I am so glad I went with Bath Fitter!!!

We needed to replace our bathtub to make it handicap accessible. The service we got from step one was amazing from the sales rep John Cipriani to the installer Tim Ortiz They went over everything making sure we got exactly what we needed at a reasonable price. I would recommend them to everyone.😊
