Very friendly salesman and installer. Its my understanding both were working very far from home. Salesman Michael Ihle took the time to go through every option we had to see what we could do within our budget. Installer Matt Bruffey did a fantastic job putting our surround in. He really went above and beyond. He moved our faucet knob up higher when I asked him to and took the walls as far out as possible to help keep water off the drywall in my bathroom. Beginning with Andy Rabels sales visit on November 6, 2025, which was very clear and concise, my tub to shower conversion was scheduled for January 6, 2025, just a month after the sale. I was quite pleased with this timeframe. Installation of my tub to shower conversion project started at about 9:30 on a Tuesday morning. The floors were protected with canvas tarps. I contacted BathFitter and they respond quickly. They removed my old tub that had walls, ceiling and tub all together. I ended up with this amazing new shower. I love the shower heads and that it is all one piece. Andy Rabel was the sales rep and Dalton Milhorn was the installer. Dalton done a great job at installing this for my family. Would I recommend BathFitter??? Yes
We are very pleased with our new shower. Tom Damianos, installer and Adam, his helper were very curious, kept us informed throughout the day. It was a wonderful, and very professional job. We would do it again if needed.
Installation was fast and smooth, David and Kirt did a great job and was very professional, we had both bathroom showers redone one being a bath/shower. I would recommend to anybody going through bath fitter for a new shower to request them for their install.
