Beginning with Andy Rabels sales visit on November 6, 2025, which was very clear and concise, my tub to shower conversion was scheduled for January 6, 2025, just a month after the sale. I was quite pleased with this timeframe. Installation of my tub to shower conversion project started at about 9:30 on a Tuesday morning. The floors were protected with canvas tarps. Bath Fitter did an excellent job in my tub-to-walk in shower replacement! The installers were very polite and professional. They had the old tub cut out and the new unit in within 7 hours! They cleaned up their mess and then gave us an instructional lesson on all of the appliances as well as proper cleaning of the shower. Great looking unit!!
From the time with the Salesman until it was installed, we received excellent results. We are so excited to be able to use our shower. The installer did a wonderful job and our shower looks like it was made for our bathroom.
We had a problem with our bathtub faucet running cool water in a hot shower. We called Bathfitter and set up an appointment for 12:30pm-2:30pm. The technician arrived a little early, which was great. He fixed our problem quickly. He was very knowledgeable about what was needed to be done, and was extremely friendly! Thank you Bathfitter for such prompt service and wonderful technicians!
Mike Burdette, our sales rep. Gave a great explanation of the materials and construction and the price and the great warranty on our new shower. We thought the price was a little high but the quality and the warranty justified the price. Our installer was Dalton Milhorn. Dalton was very efficient in doing our installer. His work was flawless.
