Beginning with Andy Rabels sales visit on November 6, 2025, which was very clear and concise, my tub to shower conversion was scheduled for January 6, 2025, just a month after the sale. I was quite pleased with this timeframe. Installation of my tub to shower conversion project started at about 9:30 on a Tuesday morning. The floors were protected with canvas tarps. From the time with the Salesman until it was installed, we received excellent results. We are so excited to be able to use our shower. The installer did a wonderful job and our shower looks like it was made for our bathroom.
The salesman Andy Rabel spent a decent amount of time with us & his presentation was excellent. He answered our questions thoroughly & saved us money where he could & advised us well. Our installer McKennen V.worked non-stop all day very professionally. He was polite, put down floor covers & was attentive to detail & cleaned up the area & disposed of debris prior to leaving. We had a problem with our bathtub faucet running cool water in a hot shower. We called Bathfitter and set up an appointment for 12:30pm-2:30pm. The technician arrived a little early, which was great. He fixed our problem quickly. He was very knowledgeable about what was needed to be done, and was extremely friendly! Thank you Bathfitter for such prompt service and wonderful technicians!
I had a bathtub/shower installed in 2011. The silicone around the tub was shrinking and coming loose. I called and they sent out Randy Adkins and he did an amazing job. It looks as good as when it was brand new. Love it! Thank you again Randy!!
