I needed to have a safety bar replaced in my shower and called Bath Fitter customer service to schedule the work. Steve Nickerson on time at my door and did a terrific job replacing the safety bar. Steve was very friendly and professional. I highly recommend Bath Fitter to anyone ready for an update to their bathroom.

Steve, the service Tech for our warranty appointment on Monday, December 22 was a true professional. He was extremely helpful and thorough with the repairs to our 2018 bathtub replacement. Not only did he take care of the issues we were experiencing, he also provided great advice on a couple of other concerns I had. It was reassuring to encounter a technician who truly takes pride in what he does.

Steve did excellent work and was very friendly, a great sense of humor. He was great with our dogs (who tried their best to convince him they were ferocious, but to no avail, especially because he gave them treats). Steve is the best!

Steve installed an L shaped grab bar and repaired cracked caulk in our previously remodeled bath/shower. He was friendly and clearly explained options. Installation looks and functions great.

From the beginning, we were impressed by the way the company treated its staff. By investing in staff, the staff are invested in top performance. Staff communicated well during each step of the process, from sales, to installation, to follow-up afterward. They were on time, courteous, and diligent. We were overall impressed with the final product and the technician who installed it. He installs three systems per week and did an awesome job with great attention to detail. We are pleased and happy to recommend Bath Fitters.
