They came and took measurements, went over what we wanted. Jacob came on Thursday and worked hard. Came back on Friday and finished the job. He cleaned everything up and explained a few things. Left us a bag with a shower liner, hooks, cleaning sponge & bottle of cleaner. Very happy and pleased with our tub to shower install.

Lonnie and McKennen both came out. They did an excellent job on 2 bathrooms in 2 days. Their craftsmanship was excellent. They took the time to do a job well done. They were very efficient with their time. Here are some before and after pictures.

Our technician was fantastic. Took two days instead of one but was more than happy for the quality of work Jacob put in. The price was higher than we expected for just a tub getting turned into a walk in shower, without a door, even with their discount. But he made sure there was no mess. Will update after we have used it awhile.

Your Service Tech arrived promptly and was very congenial during his visit. He corrected our problem in a timely and professional manner and to my satisfaction. Our shower unit was installed in 2008 and this is the first time I have called for repairs. BathFitters has also remodeled our second bath tub/shower in 2016 with no issues to date. Looks just like new. Very well pleased with their product and service.

Steve, our repair person was very prompt and courteous. Went above and beyond in his repairs!! I would recommend Bath Fitter (with their lifetime warranty) to anyone. They have always repaired and/or replaced everything required!! Great Job Steve!! Thanks!!
