Freddy Archable is an honest, friendly & knowledgeble salesman. David Chapman did an excellent job with the old tub removal & new walk-in shower install. He was so careful covering our home carpeting, bathroom sink, toilet seat. & bathroom flooring. David worked steady from the moment he arrived until he left, finishing the job in one day. We are so pleased with the look & excited that we now have a safer way to shower & avoid falls. Thankyou guys & Bath Fitters so much!
Spot on. Cassandra Olivieri was amazing sitting with me and explaining how it would work and showing me options. My installer Edgar Nolasa Diaz was great. He was efficient, professional, went over the process with me and stayed in touch throughout the installation. I absolutely love my new shower. It is well worth the amount I paid. John Baker did an outstanding job on our shower today !! Very professional and such a hard worker he went non stop from 8am to 5pm. My husband and I are very happy with his work we will be spreading the word about Bath Fitter !! We needed this tub to shower done quickly because my mother is in heart failure and couldn't step into our tub it was too high. Edgar Nolasco Diaz one of the installers, stood out for his patience, answering all of our questions. He took the time to ensure we understood each step of the process.
