The salesman was very good and informative. I didn't feel pressured or overly hyped about thwir product. He took measurements and clearly asked what options we wanted. He went over things for clarification. The installer came and took out the old tub and rebuilt walks that needed changes. He put in the new plumbing and all the new stuff. It took 2 days. Overall great experience with BathFitter. The sales team was very responsive to our initial inquiries and worked with us to configure shower per our needs. We had to wait about two months for the install, but this was expected, since parts had to be ordered and customized. Installation took just two days! The installation of my shower, new floor, wainscoting, toilet and vanity is completed and I couldn’t be happier. Mike (Armour) did a wonderful job. He touched base with me during every step of the process so I knew what he was working on and was meticulous with every detail. So pleased I chose Bathfitter for this project. I broke my femur and after hospital, and rehab at nursing home, I got home and bathtub was totally out. Called bath fitter they came out and in 2 to 3 weeks had crew out replaced my bathtub with beautiful walk in shower with bench grab bars it is beautiful , all in 8 hrs really who can do that!
Nick was our bathfitter contractor he did an awesome job, he placed protective material throughout my house to protect my carpets and laminate floors. His demolition work and clean up was impeccable you could not even tell he was here. We are very HAPPY with our shower. Thanks Nick. Pam & Jim
