We are beyond happy with Bath Fitter’s. When we first had Our consultation It was with Jeremy. He was very thorough answered all our questions and some . He was not in a hurry. We were His last appointment for the night he was at our house till after 9:30 PM. There was no pressure at all, which Means a lot to us. Thomas did a phenomenal job! Arrived on time, answered all my questions, kept things contained to the work area--including the dust and mess. Finished in just a day and a half. The new walk-in shower is exacly as i wanted it to be!

So in 2018, I had a handicap shower put in and I’ve had it recaulked twice now today 10/22/25 makes my third time. Today I had Harold Ross. He discussed several matters with me which was very helpful, special tips on how to clean easier and safer. He Was very kind and courteous.

My experience with Bath Fitter has been positive from start to finish. Initially I had excluded Bath Fitter when looking into my remodel, thinking it was going to be expensive and maybe not the best option for me. However, circumstances fell into place such that I ended up meeting with Todd (my salesman) for an overview of Bath Fitter’s offerings and getting a quote for my job. Todd Lewis was great on explaining everything in depth when I was looking to upgrade my bathtub that desperately needed a liner. Mike & Patrick did a great job placing liner onto existing bathtub. Was not able to use the bathtub for my son for months since moving into the house because of paint flaking from the wall. Wife & I tried everything to strip it off but couldn’t do it. Mike & Patrick were quick & professional installing the liner, and can’t wait to be able to use the bathroom now for my son!
