Nick was our bathfitter contractor he did an awesome job, he placed protective material throughout my house to protect my carpets and laminate floors. His demolition work and clean up was impeccable you could not even tell he was here. We are very HAPPY with our shower. Thanks Nick. Pam & Jim

Overall great experience with BathFitter. The sales team was very responsive to our initial inquiries and worked with us to configure shower per our needs. We had to wait about two months for the install, but this was expected, since parts had to be ordered and customized. Installation took just two days! We are beyond happy with Bath Fitter’s. When we first had Our consultation It was with Jeremy. He was very thorough answered all our questions and some . He was not in a hurry. We were His last appointment for the night he was at our house till after 9:30 PM. There was no pressure at all, which Means a lot to us. There’s nothing like a pushy salesman if you know what I mean. Bath fitter had covered our old bathtub 6 years ago, and we were extremely satisfied with it. It still looks brand new, easy to clean! So we had them replace our old shower. We picked the new textured walls…beautiful!!! Again, very happy! Matt Eifel was our sales consultant, and Chane Forsythe did the installation! They were both professional and efficient! Chane did an excellent job on the installation! Highly recommend Bath Fitter!

So in 2018, I had a handicap shower put in and I’ve had it recaulked twice now today 10/22/25 makes my third time. Today I had Harold Ross. He discussed several matters with me which was very helpful, special tips on how to clean easier and safer. He Was very kind and courteous.
