We are beyond happy with Bath Fitter’s. When we first had Our consultation It was with Jeremy. He was very thorough answered all our questions and some . He was not in a hurry. We were His last appointment for the night he was at our house till after 9:30 PM. There was no pressure at all, which Means a lot to us. Todd (Lewis) was very helpful in explaining exactly what my options were for my bathroom. I feel confident with the company and what Todd described would be done as well as the warranty. I didn’t feel the need to do any sort of cost or product comparison. In addition to the shower, I’m also getting a new floor, toilet and sink. Very pleased with my experience!
Thomas did a phenomenal job! Arrived on time, answered all my questions, kept things contained to the work area--including the dust and mess. Finished in just a day and a half. The new walk-in shower is exacly as i wanted it to be!
So in 2018, I had a handicap shower put in and I’ve had it recaulked twice now today 10/22/25 makes my third time. Today I had Harold Ross. He discussed several matters with me which was very helpful, special tips on how to clean easier and safer. He Was very kind and courteous.
My experience with Bath Fitter has been positive from start to finish. Initially I had excluded Bath Fitter when looking into my remodel, thinking it was going to be expensive and maybe not the best option for me.
