From the first point of contact with Professional Sales Representative, Andrew Rabel, and the Professional Detail Technician, Adam Kirvel, to the Professional Installer, Chris Dawson...we (Mom and I) couldn't be more satisfied with the entire process! Chris Dawson did a remarkable job! No stone left unturned. No surprises...a great price for all the work that was needed to transform our bath/shower...and completed in one day! Adam Kirvel was our service tech. he was on time and automatically removed his shoes! He was kind and efficient. He changed out our shower head and faucet very quickly. The best thing of all was that after 11 years after our Bath Fitters install the service call & parts were free under the lifetime warranty. When calling in fir appointment the staff was very kind & accommodating too. Best company we ever dealt with with!
Vince did a great job servicing our existing Bath Fitter shower, including replacing the silicone between the walls and the floor pan and adjusting the rear shower door so it wouldn’t roll open. He also reattached the soap dish to the corner and replaced the shower head. Bath Fitter will schedule a return visit to replace the shower valve covers when the correct parts arrive.
I got a Bath Fitter tub about 10 years ago to cover a coral colored ceramic bathtub. I've been VERY happy with their product. Easy to clean and looks as good as it did the day they installed it. Well, at the time I only wanted one grip bar installed. Now that I'm 10 years older, for safety reasons, I decided it was time to get another. Today Adam K came out to install the bar. Bath fitters have certainly lived up to their reputation, they have been great throughout the whole installation and also stand behind their warranty. Our service representative Adam Kirvel was so professional and knowledgeable. He also completely dried out and wiped down my shower before leaving. Thank you Adam
