Very impressed with our installer, Gwyn Fultz, and how wonderful the shower looks. Unfortunately, we can’t say how well it works yet, as we are still waiting the required 24hrs. after before we can use it. Updated 7/31/2026: We love using our new beautiful shower, and the ease of getting in and out without the tub!!
From the initial purchasing experience with Anthony to completion of the bath refit by James, it was an excellent experience! From the outset, everything was explained, and the finished bath is perfect. The white safety handle and white shower curtain rod are perfect and blend in with the bath/shower walls. I am extremely satisfied that the new silicone refit preserves the original cast iron tub that is 66 years old. Thank you all so much.
Adam Kirvel was our service tech. he was on time and automatically removed his shoes! He was kind and efficient. He changed out our shower head and faucet very quickly. The best thing of all was that after 11 years after our Bath Fitters install the service call & parts were free under the lifetime warranty. When calling in fir appointment the staff was very kind & accommodating too. Best company we ever dealt with with!
We both give Bath Fitter a 5 Star+ rating. Tod Lewis, our sales person ,took time to explain everything in detail and was patient and professional; because we have a tendency for falling even arranged to have as early an install if possible and it was. From the first point of contact with Professional Sales Representative, Andrew Rabel, and the Professional Detail Technician, Adam Kirvel, to the Professional Installer, Chris Dawson...we (Mom and I) couldn't be more satisfied with the entire process! Chris Dawson did a remarkable job! No stone left unturned. No surprises...a great price for all the work that was needed to transform our bath/shower...and completed in one day!
