From the first point of contact with Professional Sales Representative, Andrew Rabel, and the Professional Detail Technician, Adam Kirvel, to the Professional Installer, Chris Dawson...we (Mom and I) couldn't be more satisfied with the entire process! Chris Dawson did a remarkable job! No stone left unturned. No surprises...a great price for all the work that was needed to transform our bath/shower...and completed in one day! Adam Kirvel was our service tech. he was on time and automatically removed his shoes! He was kind and efficient. He changed out our shower head and faucet very quickly. The best thing of all was that after 11 years after our Bath Fitters install the service call & parts were free under the lifetime warranty. When calling in fir appointment the staff was very kind & accommodating too. Best company we ever dealt with with!
Vince did a great job servicing our existing Bath Fitter shower, including replacing the silicone between the walls and the floor pan and adjusting the rear shower door so it wouldn’t roll open. He also reattached the soap dish to the corner and replaced the shower head. Bath Fitter will schedule a return visit to replace the shower valve covers when the correct parts arrive.
Everyone was and is super nice. We got our installment in 2017 and it still looks beautiful. Best investment ever! Faucet started leaking and true to their word came right out and fixed it. Adam, who fixed the leak was super nice and helpful as well.
Very professional people. I am an architect and appreciated the attention to details and customer service. After the installation, I changed wall tile and called to have a service tech change out a shower surround trim piece. Adam Clark came out and had it done within an hour. Super follow-up service. I had looked at other bath remodeling contractors and BathFitters was the most professional without high pressure sales pitches. I would definitely higher them again.
