We are especially pleased with our new shower, plus seat installation by Bath Fitter. The Technicians, Paul, and Derek were not only excellent craftsmen, in all manners of the word, but were also very, professional, and explained each and every step. BOTH were tremendously conscientious. About the cost....a small percentage of reviews have complained. I understand this business first hand, and will share that, 'We' are very willing to pay the cost, to have an absolutely 'beautiful ' walk in, over sized, shower....in two days... read more
After being dismissed by another popular company we called Bath Fitter. Adam Heath came and met with us, restoring our hope. It felt like chatting with a friend. We have lived in this home for 10 years. My husband’s shower was the last major issue to be addressed. Even though it’s an attached bath on the first floor it has a concrete floor and walls that looked like a DIY project back when the house was built it 1976… topped with an extremely low shower head. I had bathfitters in my home on friday Jan. 23rd and they did a fantastic job. I had 3 bathrooms that needed done and they came in and did them all in one day. The guys ( Dean,Craig and not sure what the other 4 guys names are) but they were all awesome. They explained everything and they were super nice to work with. Robert and his trainee Mike were delightful. Our installation was completed to perfection and we are very pleased with the results. So excited to have another Bath Fitter Tub/Shower installed.
Bath Fitters did an excellent job converting our tub to walk-in shower. Joe Guinta was our sales rep- easy to work with, no pressure sales. Robert Clifton was our installer- he worked start to finish doing a great job, answered questions and cleaned up leaving no mess inside and outside!
