My experience from consultation through install completion was extremely professional. I am extremely pleased with my new shower. The installer, Craig Duffy, protected my home from any damage or dirt as they moved tools and materials in and out. They explained everything they were doing, how to best use the features, and ongoing care and maintenance. Everyone I spoke with, or had in my home, were professional and polite. I highly recommend Bath Fitter!!
The tub removal and re-installation went very well. Craig (BathFitter employee) did a wonderful job. His comment that he treats each installation like he is working on his own home really showed. His was attentive to every detail and made some recommendations that I accepted and that help the appearance of the final job. I am very pleased with the outcome and the overall service that BathFitter provided. Great job!

I had bathfitters in my home on friday Jan. 23rd and they did a fantastic job. I had 3 bathrooms that needed done and they came in and did them all in one day. The guys ( Dean,Craig and not sure what the other 4 guys names are) but they were all awesome. They explained everything and they were super nice to work with. Bath Fitter technician Peyton came and got our clogged drain to flow again. Thank you!!! We have been sooo pleased with our Bath Fitter tub and shower (2017). Bath Fitter promised we wouldn’t have any more leaks and that we could call them for any reason. They have come to recaulk, replace shower head and now to unclog the drain!!!! Our tub is still as beautiful as it was when installed. Great Company and every technician has been courteous and very happy to help! All maintenance comes with the cost of the shower! Love it!
