I recently had a garden tub with shower surround completed my Bath Fitters. They did an excellent job and kept my house totally clean. They completed the entire renovation in one day. The staff was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable.
Our salesman Freddy Archable and the installer Michael George were both awesome. Very knowledgeable and trustworthy. I had to leave for work before Michael finished the install, but I felt completely comfortable leaving him to finish up. I am thrilled with the results and would recommend Bath Fitter to anyone who needs this work done. I got a walk in shower and am more than happy with it.
Service was great, & the repairmen were very nice & friendly. Took off one star because we had to wait three weeks to get any assistance. Upon speaking with the representative we stated that our water was constantly running & couldn't be turned off which meant our hot water heater had to be switched off at the breaker. I feel like with it being the middle of winter that bath fitter wasn't so busy that they couldn't have sent someone out alot sooner especially considering the circumstance. The walk-in shower is beautiful that bath Fitters installed and the young man Graham Henry was so helpful in explaining everything that had to be done and how everything operated. He was Very conscientious of cleaning up everything and making my life a whole lot easier.
Bathfitters was recommended to us by a professional plumber. Freddy was the sales rep and an exceptional sales rep he is. He polite and we were put at ease as soon as we met him in our home. And he has a good voice which is important to senior citizens such as my husband and I. He answered all of our questions with a smile and patience. The installer was Mike.
