I got first price quote from WSH, and I wanted to literally kick them out after their absurd pricing, but it was mainly due to the seeming arrogance of the salesperson and/or the doubt that I could afford their product which I definitely could, but the sales agent basically just told me of the material being used and the price. Great experience! The installer arrived at the prearranged time and immediately started installing the shower. Josiah was professional and very customer friendly. He worked straight through until the job was finished. The shower looks great, I am pleased that we had it done.
We had a shower to shower inlay in the Marble texture and it looks so good. Our installer was great!, very meticulous and explained everything he was going to do and why. I referred them to a neighbor and would use them again. I don't understand the negative reviews.
Outstanding sales staff. Did it all in one trip when others required two, no pressure and no hanging around trying to milk a sale. Explained the product and process clearly. The office staff kept me up to date with parts and shipping status without being annoying. Chrystal was very polite and professional. Greg did a fantastic job working with my parents to replace their tub and refinish a shower complete with beautiful new fixtures. The overall process was pleasant and smooth.
