Jimmy Bath was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, on time, helpful, has fantastic customer service skills and a great personality. I have worked with Bath fitter before and the experience was great then and still is now. 2--3-26 Don Swanson was great. He found the shower knob problem, fixed it and was done in no time. I really appreciate the crew that Bath fitter have. If you need a new bathroom with great crew who is respectful, courteous, fast response and does a great job call Bath fitter. Thanks

We replaced a 40-year-old shower with Bath Fitters walk-in shower. Great job. Installation took a day and a half. The installer did a great job. Our Service Tech was Don Swanson, the installer was Mike Petry, good folks to work with.

Don Swanson came today to recaulk my bathtub, cleaned up around the window, installed a new shower head and cartridge. He was on time, respectful, communicated well and got the job done. Thank you so much for bringing my shower back to life!

It was a quick fix to the shower head. The toggle to release the water from tub to shower had loosened so much it was unable to make the water to divert to the shower. Don Swanson was the technician that came to do the repair. He removed the toggle (unscrewed it) then the smaller toggle had completely come off, but wasn’t broken. Don re-engaged the smaller toggle and then re-screwed the bigger unit. And it was fixed. No idea how it came loose.
