We had Mike Keefe as our sales representative. He did a wonderful job explaining their process and he was very thorough. Mike helped us through the process of picking out what would work best for our bathroom. We didn’t have to wait long at all for a call to schedule the install. Our installer was Michael Snider. My installers, Michael Pefrey & Leslie Cotoe, were GREAT! Mike went over everything before they got started & answered all my questions & concerns. They were prompt, neat & didn't waste time. The new bathtub/shower looks great & as expected. The only thing I'm not crazy about is the reduced water pressure from the shower head (which I'm trying to get used to), but that's on the fixture manufacturer, not Bath Fitter. Overall, I'm very satisfied & would highly recommend Bath Fitter.
Jimmy Bath was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, on time, helpful, has fantastic customer service skills and a great personality. I have worked with Bath fitter before and the experience was great then and still is now. 2--3-26 Don Swanson was great. He found the shower knob problem, fixed it and was done in no time. I really appreciate the crew that Bath fitter have. If you need a new bathroom with great crew who is respectful, courteous, fast response and does a great job call Bath fitter. Thanks

We purchased our first BathFitter replacement tub & shower over 20 years ago (a few years ago we had BF replace the old stall shower downstairs as well.). Recently we remodeled our upstairs bathroom, and as BathFitter had covered some of the old ceramic tile we were finally replacing when they did the initial install, we needed a new corner piece to cover the hole created during the remodel.
