Let's get something out front...sometimes the quick and easy way isn't always the best. Our upstairs bathroom as the original builder grade shower/tub combo. I tried to epoxy everything but the epoxy didn't take and immediately started flaking away. We called Bathfitter and they came out within a couple days. Freddy was very friendly and nice. I had used Bath Fitter before to upgrade my bathroom. I have mobility issues now, so needed to remove the bathtub. Andrew was very professional and made conversation easy. There were a few adjustments to be made, and he was quick to make arrangements to address my concerns. Robert Snook did those adjustments and did a great job. The one problem I had was I chose to have the same pattern as I had used before. The salesman saw the pattern on my shower walls, and noted the color on the order. Everyone who’s seen my new shower compliments me on its appearance. The looks match those in the online advertising. Chris the sales rep and Nick the installer listened carefully and made changes I requested – for example, a new showerhead of my own choice. I originally envisioned a glass door, but Chris told me a curtain would be better for my needs, because of easier accessibility in a tight space. I followed his suggestion and was happy I did. Chris the sales representative was professional and very precise in his presentation. Andrew who installed our bathtub was beyond professional and the work he did was amazing! Both Chris and Andrew really made this installation easy and the bathtub looks great!
