Nick was a professional…. He introduced himself upon arrival, explained the process and what to expect. His work ethic was amazing. Showed up and worked through. I would highly recommend him and want him when I’m ready to do my second bathroom.
Let's get something out front...sometimes the quick and easy way isn't always the best. Our upstairs bathroom as the original builder grade shower/tub combo. I tried to epoxy everything but the epoxy didn't take and immediately started flaking away. We called Bathfitter and they came out within a couple days. Freddy was very friendly and nice. We had a really great experience with Bath Fitters, thanks to our installer Tyler. He was super friendly, showed up on time, professional, and did an awesome job. Everything was installed smoothly, he kept the area clean, and the shower looks great. Tyler explained things along the way and made the whole process easy. Definitely recommend—especially if you get Tyler!
Jamil did an excellent job on the tub to shower conversion. His measurements were precise and his workmanship was excellent. He kept the work area clean and finished in 1 1/2 days. I would highly recommend him.
Everyone who’s seen my new shower compliments me on its appearance. The looks match those in the online advertising. Chris the sales rep and Nick the installer listened carefully and made changes I requested – for example, a new showerhead of my own choice.
