I had a great experience with Bath Fitter in San Diego, which makes this experience even more disappointing. Unfortunately, the quality of work from this location was embarrassingly poor, and I would not recommend them to anyone. Considering the premium price they charge, I did not expect to run into this many issues. The master bathroom tub has a severe bow to it and honestly looks very cheap and poorly installed. Bath Fitters completed a wrap on our 1968 cast iron tub and cement laid tile. Bill Wood is our salesman and Bill is wonderful to work with. Randy and Curt were are installers and they are 100% top notch.
The work done by Randy was phenomenal. He stayed on the project from beginning to end and explained all of what he was doing , right down to how to clean and care for the tub walls and floor. Thank you so much Randy ! We look forward to working with you again soon.
Bill Woods was awesome. He's very professional and very knowledgeable about the job and products. He really made me feel comfortable. I wasn't rushed or forced to choose something I didnt want. Bill took his time and walked through everything from beginning to end. He felt like family. He wasn't timid. Bill came to do his job and he did it very well. Thank you Bill. Great experience from start to finish with Bath Fitters. Arranging and appointment to view options for a sub to shower was very easy using the internet. Sales and installation staff were excellent. We love our new shower.
