Found out our job was on the difficult side. Original installer was not available on day of so Tom Byrne showed up instead. We were surprised he was alone as we thought it was definitely a two man job. Tom was efficient and professional. It only took him two days to complete. We are so happy with it. We had glass shower doors for 35 plus years and now for the first time we have a shower curtain. It seems so much bigger! Thanks Tom!
Bath Fitter replaced my shower rod, retaped the top of the shower at ceiling, repaired leak in tub at seal and also repaired wall molding on side of shower at tub. My Service Tech was DeQuan, he was on time, very polite and professional and explained to me the necessary repairs. This was all covered under Bath Fitters lifetime warranty. The original Bath Fitter remodel was in 2009. I am very happy with their service
The materials came in much quicker than originally stated. The office in Berlin, New Jersey was great with communication and they scheduled us as soon as our materials arrived. Our installer, Eric Barry was professional, friendly, and in our opinion, did an amazing job.
Eric Davis did a wonderful job presenting the details of our shower project and was very knowledgeable. I feel confident that BathFitter will do a great job and look forward to my new shower installaion!
We just had our bathtub & shower converted to a walk-in shower, and we love it! We chose subway "tile" walls, they are beautiful--at no additional cost. Another company gave us a much higher quote for this project, and the subway walls were extra. Pawel was efficient, reliable, courteous, and thorough. He deftly worked around some of the obstacles our bathroom presented and worked steadily, checking in with us to ensure grab bars, shelves, extra shower hose, etc were installed in a way that specifically meet our needs.
