Scott Stone did an amazing job! He was experienced, knowledgeable, and extremely talented. Bath fitters has been a well known name for a long time, but actually seeing how quick and efficient they are was really reassuring that we made the right choice. We also appreciated how easy going Scott was around our dog and respectful of our time and our home. Thank again!! 10/10

Austin did an outstanding an awesome job on our new walk-in shower. What was to have been a two day job he stayed and got it done in one day for us. He was courteous and kind and thoughtful throughout the job as well as knowledgeable about the product. He was careful of all things in our home, including putting down tarps throughout the house, wherever he was working. Excellent service from salesman to installation and everyone in between (Patty). The salesman, Ben Wagner, listened to what we were looking for and provided options that met what we wanted. He was not at all pushy, which we appreciated. Patty, in Customer Service, was very pleasant and kept us informed as the project progressed. We were told a 6-10 week timeframe until installation. Austin B was our installer. He dismantled our cast iron bathtub and installed a walk in shower. He did an excellent job.. He worked hard for 2 days and didn’t take any breaks.
