I put off making my bathroom easier and safer for me to use because I wasn't sure which company to hire. My home is 74 years old and nothing about this would be easy. We have a window that is too close to the shower and old square tiles. We called Bathfitters. Walter came out to our house to explain our options and give us an estimate. Curt came out to do the work. Both men were professional and quite capable. I was very pleased with the quality of their work . I would definitely use them again.
Great experience. Love our beautiful tub and shower Salesman and installer extremely professional, kind, friendly and very helpful in explaining process and options. Cost was expensive, but inline with today’s rates. Love that my tub was made in the USA, no tariff fees. We would definitely recommend Bath Fitter to others. Thank You!
We just had our mother’s bathroom tub / shower replaced by Bath Fitter. Brian Leonard was our installer and he did an excellent job. The estimator said it would take two days given it was a tub to walk-in-shower conversion. Brian worked diligently, quietly, and with all the necessary tools and supplies to remove and prepare the tub to shower conversion on Day 1. Day 2 was all about installation. I had a great experience working with Brian L installing a shower. He was prompt, professional, and brought a genuinely positive attitude to the job. He worked efficiently and clearly demonstrated a high level of expertise throughout the entire process. The finished project turned out outstanding and even better than I expected. Tristan arrived as scheduled and work was completed as promised. His workmanship and attention to detail was awesome. We are so pleased with our new oversized, walk-in shower.
