This was our second install with Bath Fitter. Each install was handled professionally and efficiently. They use time wisely and complete the project in 1-2 days! Much better than dealing with contractor delays and multiple people in and out of your home. Brandon Smith was our installer on our latest work. He explained the process thoroughly and updated us as he progressed. It was a flawless install and a pleasure to have him in our home. We recommend Brandon and Bath Fitter wholeheartedly.
I had two shower installations. In the master bathroom, I had a shower replaced. In the second bathroom, I had a tub removed and a walk-in shower installed. All work was completed in only two days and I am extremely pleased and satisfied with the work. There were two teams working at the same time and both worked very diligently to complete the work. Brian Leonard did an excellent job of removing and installing our new stall shower.
I had a great experience with my project from start to finish. Salesman was very knowledgeable and took time to explain the entire process. Office staff was friendly and efficient. The installer deserves extra kudos. He arrived in timely fashion and had installation completed a bit early. The bathroom looks great. I’m very pleased!
We used Bath Fitters to convert our tile shower and had a great experience despite some issues. First, Brandon S. Came out and measured. He walked us through what would happen at install and how he could modify our shower stall to make it better (remove some bump outs, make the step in lower, move and replace the drain).
