Our installer Rob was so excellent. He was very careful. He treated my home as if it was his own. He was thoughtful in figuring out each obstacle and making the right choices. We are thrilled with this shower!!

Bathfitter recently installed a new walk-in shower with a sliding glass door. Our installer, James, explained the process thoroughly and diligently worked to meet our specifications. He was very respectful of our home and cleaned up well when he finished. We’re very satisfied with the result.

Both installers, Rob Au and Rob Bielen were outstanding. They were courteous, professional, and extended themselves to us to take into account our preferences. They worked very hard through 2 hot and humid days without a complaint. There work product turned out great. I would be happy to use them again or recommend them to anyone.

Had our old tub removed and a shower installed. Service and installation was very professional and we will enjoy our new shower for years to come. Rob Au was great - did a wonderful job!

Our new tub & shower from Bath Fitters was well worth the time and money. I'm so glad I did it. Right from Alex, who did the paperwork and showed me how it all comes together, to the folks who I talked to in the office, to James who removed my old unit, rebuilt the wall, updated the plumbing, and installed the new unit, it was a great experience. The trimwork and cleanup is impeccable too which we really appreciated. I highly recommend Bathworks!
