Tony Seachrist the installer was very professional of the way he installed the shower baking everything level and plumb and sealed. He made sure everything was clean after he was done. He went thru all the paperwork with us signed what had to be signed. All in all it was a great experience and we are very happy and pleased with everything. We had a great experience with Bath Fitter remodel. Our sales rep David Sminkey walked us through the entire process helping us pick out fixtures and explaining everything in detail. He was knowledgeable and easy to work with. When our construction process started and James R and John T showed up I was a little nervous, but they kept us informed on their status and made sure everything got done according to the plan. I had an incredible experience with Bath Fitters + 100% recommend them to anyone who needs a walk in shower to replace tub. I was diagnosed with cancer 3 months ago. It’s impossible for me to step over the tub. Mom is 82 + wanted to move in to help me but can’t get over my tub either. 3 companies came out before Bath Fitters. We had a fantastic experience with replacing our old tub to walk in shower. It was done so fast and the new unit is well built, and amazing. It’ll be so much easier to mantain and is mold free material and best of all there is a lifetime warranty. We felt it was a little over priced, but realize materials have gone up so much since Covid, the lifetime warranty makes Me feel like it it still a good investment, even if it was higher than we would have liked
Derek Elmish, our sale representative was very transparent, thorough and had answers to all of our concerns and questions. John Tomczyk, our installer did an excellent job removing and disposing of our old shower and installing the new corner unit. His workmanship was impeccable and he was very efficient and over delivered on the quality of his work. A great transformation for our bathroom by a great sales representative installer team with no muss, no fuss and most importantly, no inconvenience!
