Our installer Rob was so excellent. He was very careful. He treated my home as if it was his own. He was thoughtful in figuring out each obstacle and making the right choices. We are thrilled with this shower!!

Bathfitter recently installed a new walk-in shower with a sliding glass door. Our installer, James, explained the process thoroughly and diligently worked to meet our specifications. He was very respectful of our home and cleaned up well when he finished. We’re very satisfied with the result.

LOVE LOVE LOVE our new bath! James R was our installer and he was a pleasure to work with. He kept us apprised of every stage and was always professional and polite. It was hard, hot work and James did a terrific job. If there was another star, he would get that. Our sales rep was Dave S and he was likewise pleasant and professional. Both installers, Rob Au and Rob Bielen were outstanding. They were courteous, professional, and extended themselves to us to take into account our preferences. They worked very hard through 2 hot and humid days without a complaint. There work product turned out great. I would be happy to use them again or recommend them to anyone.

We have our Bath Fitter for several years now and we’re very pleased with it. We called three times for service on warranty work and they came in a very timely fashion. Did a great job and there was no expense. The technician, Edward Rudmesky was in and out in no time, and worked very neatly.
