I’m deliriously happy with my new shower. Wanted it done for years. Did my research and had a budget. Called Bathfitters and Ms Davies came to my house after appointment was made. Ms Davies looked at my shower and did measurements, showed me options and was extremely knowable regarding the products. Made some suggestions and I picked out what I like and was in my budget. Excellent company to do business with. Was able to schedule a consultation right away. Consultant Eddie was able to answer any questions I had and even brought up things I hadn’t thought of. When it came time to install they were able to delay it so it fit into my schedule. When the installer Frank arrived he explained the process and got right to work. My wife and truly appreciate Bath Fitters for coming back after six years of our shower installation and recaulking the shower area at no expense. Had the show head replaced for one with a hose and I thought it was very reasonable. Sean, the installer was very nice and cleaned up nicely after the work was completed. Thank you
On Friday 12/19 Bathfitters technicians Jake Miles and Sean Kinney performed repair work on my shower faucet (on/off control). The were courteous, prompt and professional. The work was completed within 15 minutes. My highest recommendation goes to Bathfitters and their staff for their skilled warranty work.
