Tyler Dell was our no pressure salesman He made it vey easy to understand what had to be done, what the cost was and the different payment methods. Frank Young and Jake Miles did an incredible install. They were meticulous, skilled and clean. Frank had us position the accessories, showed us how the shower head functioned, etc. All in all, highly recommended!
Great job Bathfitter! Frank did a great job on installation and was really good with finishing when it came to caulking boarders and seams. Special thanks to Eddie in sales. He was able to guide us through the process choosing the many options available!
I’m deliriously happy with my new shower. Wanted it done for years. Did my research and had a budget. Called Bathfitters and Ms Davies came to my house after appointment was made. Ms Davies looked at my shower and did measurements, showed me options and was extremely knowable regarding the products. Made some suggestions and I picked out what I like and was in my budget. Our sales Rep Tyler Dell and our installer Randy S were top notch. They did a wonderful job. I am hoping Randy will be installing our shower doors when they come in. We couldn't be more pleased. Our shower is wonderful and Randy cleaned everything up. I would recommend Bath Fitter to everyone.
I was very pleased with how efficient the Bathfitter team was . They notified me every step of the way. When the order was placed, rechecking the measurements, how long until the installation would take, and when they would be available to install it. Surprisingly, they were able to install it weeks earlier which really helped because I was have surgery in the near future.
