I’m deliriously happy with my new shower. Wanted it done for years. Did my research and had a budget. Called Bathfitters and Ms Davies came to my house after appointment was made. Ms Davies looked at my shower and did measurements, showed me options and was extremely knowable regarding the products. Made some suggestions and I picked out what I like and was in my budget. My wife and truly appreciate Bath Fitters for coming back after six years of our shower installation and recaulking the shower area at no expense. Had the show head replaced for one with a hose and I thought it was very reasonable. Sean, the installer was very nice and cleaned up nicely after the work was completed. Thank you
On Friday 12/19 Bathfitters technicians Jake Miles and Sean Kinney performed repair work on my shower faucet (on/off control). The were courteous, prompt and professional. The work was completed within 15 minutes. My highest recommendation goes to Bathfitters and their staff for their skilled warranty work.
First of all the agent, Edward Merrill was super informative and I was not even thinking of moving forward on a purchase until I talked to him. I did not feel pressure to make a decision, I wa truly impressed with everything he said. The installer was amazing. Frank young worked so hard and steady and cleaned up after he was done. I could not believe how he did it all by himself. Both of these men should be commended. Small bathroom so the picture does not do it justice.
Needed service on shower door. Sean Kinney was the Service Tech. Called 30 minutes ahead of arrival. Very courteous and professional. Fixed the problem and showed me the the worn part. Looked at our second shower and ascertained that it was working properly
