This is my Second Experience with Bathfitter. My first tub was a Permafit liner. I was very pleased with it! 20 years later it was still in GREAT condition. I called them again because I needed to change the tub into a walk-in shower for safety. Had ANOTHER great experience. Sales Rep Laura B was very friendly, knowledgeable, thorough and explained everything to me again in detail. Josh, the installer was very nice, and kept my home clean. He was thorough and the job was Perfect! I highly recommended them to everyone!

Sales representative, Laura B, took her time to explain everything. Bathroom looks great with updated tub and shower walls. And the lifetime warranty is wonderful to pass along to new owners when the property sells.

Edit. 1 month is all the caulk lasted. See new / last photo. Salesman told us that the tub liner would go up a few feet under the shower liner to prevent water damage down the line. This is not how it was installed. We only pulled the trigger on this expensive job due to the preventing future water issues bc of his statement. I reached out on the website and also emailed our salesman but zero responses. I am not sure of the salesman didnt understand his own product or he said what he thought would sell the job. We are very pleased with Bath Fitter from Jeremy showing us the different options we had to choose from and with Justin and Josiah with the installation of our new shower. Very professional and friendly and they cleaned up after themselves so you wouldn't know they were here.
