Our experience has been great from start to finish! Their team for in home sales and installation are truly amazing and professional. We had a tub to shower conversation! Justin, our install technician was wonderful to work with. He went over everything with us and double checked all the height measurements with me for optimal fit with the seat and shower placement! Thank you Bath Fitters and Justin for a great new shower!
I’m so happy with our bath fitter experience!!! We’ve already decided to get our other bathroom done after we pay this one off!!! From our first meeting with our sales rep, Jeremy, through our installers, Justin and Justin, it’s been a fantastic experience. Their professionalism and product knowledge were tremendous.
The entire process of our tub to shower conversion was a job well done from start with Sales Rep Jeremy Crane to finish with the installer Josh Stoltz. Josh did an amazing job! We couldn't believe he did it all by himself. When the job was completed yesterday there was no mess and there was no inconvenience to us. He was prompt, courteous and professional and didn't waste any time. We are so pleased with our new shower and toilet installation! Can't wait to shower today! Our bathroom feels like one would find in a luxurious ... read more
The overall experience from when the 2 Justin's arrived to completing the job in just one day was superb. They were so attentive to all details from laying of the floor coverings to the work area, to carefully bringing things in and out, to cleaning up very well. Very friendly and thorough and the finished product is exceptional. Way better than expected. Very pleased.
It has been a journey trying to get my bathroom fixed up and this Bath Fitter is one step closer. I'm really happy with my results. Done in a day. Justin (there were two of them "the Justins") was great, answered all my questions and I had alot. If you have an older home like me, this is a great upgrade.
