I also want to mention my sales rep ***** he was very helpful throughout the insurance process. Good communication and no surprises.Overall, a solid experience and I would use them again.

I had my roof inspected by *****, and he was awesome. He really took his time going over everything and ended up finding damage in a few different spots. He walked me through what he found, showed me photos, and explained it all in a way that made sense.***** also helped me understand my options and patiently answered all my questions. Fabulous experience. When ***** came to our house in ******, **, he answered all of our questions and was very down to earth. He came alongside us during the insurance process, including meeting with the adjuster. Made things very easy and got our job fully funded. Cant recommend enough.
