It� s a pleasure my leave a review for Christopher Shaffer. I have an older home with original brass plumbing. From 1933. Anything that old tends to be temperamental and Christoper understood this and how deal with it� s unexpected challenges beautifully. I learned he has a premium machinists mind from early in life and has tremendous knowledge in what he does, that is drawn on when challenges present. I have on doubt that I will be calling on him again for his services.
Chris pay attention to details and respect customer. He would like to keep customers for any new projects
Chris knows his stuff and shares his knowlege. He came when he said he would, he had a positive attitude(most important) immediately replaced the necessary part at a good price. No b.s. if you know what I mean. He is my future technician.

Business response:
Customer called me to maintain generator that had not been maintained in several (5?) years since it was installed. Generators are supposed to receive tune up and oil change annually. Ordered special tune up kit for customer's generator (we usually don't encounter this brand of generator). When kit arrived my technician performed tune up only to discover that it had a bad starter (probably because it had been sitting so long without proper maintenance). Chris and his team did an excellent job - I would highly recommend them for your job. Chris is a stickler for detail and demands his team pays attention to the small things as well as the big things. Very well organized, finished the job as promised and at a high level of quality.

Chris and his team were absolutely amazing. They were done with my home by 6pm after working all morning and afternoon. After Chris and his crew finished, he went over everything just to be certain everything was in order. They were top notch and I plan on having this team back for future needs of our home.
