I got proposal for tankless navien on 10/29/20 and install took place on 11/5/20. The 3 men crew came on time (one didnâ t speak English) and started working. The existing 50gl water tank was removed and tankless navien installed in about 6 hours. Everything seemed to be smooth and worked when tested. Since the install, the company was called in atleast 4 times for various water leaks including leaking condensate lines and a back up problem in the neutralizer filter. Chris Shaffer and crew were professional and friendly. They came and performed the required work on time and were finished quickly, leaving my home CLEANER than when they came! I needed my central a/c unit and furnace replaced, as well as my water heater, and they sent a crew of HVAC men who, also, kinew their business and worked SO dilligently and professionally. I would recommend Mr Shaffer/AQUA TECH to ANYONE who cares about the job getting done right and for an extremely reasonable price!!

Very fast respond and they replaced the furnace in the same day very professional in dealing with. With a very fair price. He also let me know about a rebate I didn't know about .so I get money back .definitely call him first .
