We are so pleased with our selection of Approved Contractor to renovate our home’s exterior! They replaced our board&batten wood siding with James Hardie board&batten fiber board siding. Additionally, they enclosed the eaves with fiber cement soffits, replaced gable and foundation vents with fire-rated Vulcan vents, and coated the entire exterior siding with Lifetime Plus’ Cool Life coating system. Had a great experience with Approved Contractors Inc. They replaced my old redwood lap siding with James Hardie straight edge shingle panels and the transformation is incredible. I appreciated my initial consultation with Justin who thoroughly described the process and provided a fair bid for the job. Approved Contractor transformed my home from a quaint but dingy Mediterranean stucco house with a terracotta roof to a sleek modern look that matched our solar roof (installed by a solar specialist). This is our 2nd time using Approved Contractors for our window replacement project and we look forward to using them again for a 3rd time hopefully in 2026 to wrap up the rest of our home! We have noticed a significant difference in the heat that enters our home which helps tremendously with the summer heat we get in our area. It has also helped cut the noise back to where we can sleep more peacefully. Pricing and quality are great and they aren't sales pitchy like others we experienced when getting quotes.
