If you are considering updating your siding or stucco, I cannot recommend Approved Contractors enough! They went above and beyond from the start, ensuring they explained everything, were on time, clean and delivered quality product. There were never any “surprises” which often happens with any remodeling. From their foreman to their front office, their communication was a 10/10. Would recommend and use their services again! First photo with the yellow is the before, second photo with the Gray is the after.

Justin was so fantastic & helped guide me through process on selecting my siding to get an accurate estimate. He was kind and answered any questions I had and educated me on what any contractor could and could ask me for, best practices with installing siding/stucco, etc. Ultimately I opted to keep the project within the family due to cost but if price had been no issue for me, I would have definitely gone with Justin and team!

Approved Contractors worked on the exterior of our home, installing Hardy siding and repairing/replacing wood. They were a pleasure to work with from the beginning to end of project. They were punctual, thorough, neat and went our of their way to make sure we were satisfied with the job.

I’ve been using Approved contractor for siding replacement for years. They do excellent work that lasts and is done right. I purchased a flipped home, things are found and recommendations are made swiftly. They have the staff, professionalism and know how to get it done. I have a roof repairs that are coming next that are extensive. I will no doubt be going through Approved Contractor. Special shout out to Justin C. for always putting my requests firsts above all.
