Wow, am I pleased with my decision to go with AVW of Tucson! The installation was just completed 30 minutes ago and I am over the moon with the results. From the initial quote to the install and clean up, the service was 100+. Jorge gave my initial quote and with it all of his accumulated knowledge of windows. He led me to a product that would greatly improve the temperature inside the home, look beautiful inside and out and that I could afford. We had a large picture window replaced owing to clouding because of worn out insulation. The company was receptive and expeditious from the first phone call. Jorge came to our house to do an examination and quote and did a great job explaining the entire process in a very personable and professional manner. The day of the installation, Jonathan, Axel and Mike arrived right on time, took out the old window and put in the new one with impressive care, neatness and attention to the job. Jonathan and Axel from the Tucson office just finished installing 12 windows and a sliding patio door in my house in Green Valley and I couldn’t be happier. They finished all of this work in a day and a half as promised and they were prompt and professional every step of the way. The product is great and the installation was fantastic. I would highly recommend them.
