First things first. When they came to give the estimate, they were in a company market vehicle and uniform. Second, the estimate was fair, quick, and to the point. I was just getting gutters. Lucas Moses is my salesman, and he took notice that there were no trees, so there was no point in an up sale. Day of installation, if the dog didn't bark, would not have known the guys had started the job. They rang the bell to let me know that they had finished and if I liked the look. We recently had our entire roof replaced by AIC Roofing. We can’t say enough about what a great job they did. Grant worked with our insurance company on our behalf and explained the process to us so that we had the security of knowing the job would be done right. He was fantastic. During the installation, the site foreman, Martin, kept everything moving efficiently while keeping us informed of their progress. I had 2 companies quote my flat roof project. AIC came is 35% cheaper and did a great job. Did not ask for payment until the job was 100% complete-including some interior work that had to be added due to a leaking tarp. Communication from employees from quoting, to project management, to warranty follow up was top notch.

After getting a fixer upper a couple of years ago, AIC helped us with a bunch of work - roof, siding, gutters, and hole patching. They were pleasant to work with and had a solid QC process with each batch. When a couple of things went wrong a year later, they not only visiting to look things over but then arranging for the necessary fixes to their work and repairing the minor downstream issues. We absolutely recommend AIC for quality work and lasting integrity.
