First things first. When they came to give the estimate, they were in a company market vehicle and uniform. Second, the estimate was fair, quick, and to the point. I was just getting gutters. Lucas Moses is my salesman, and he took notice that there were no trees, so there was no point in an up sale. We recently had our entire roof replaced by AIC Roofing. We can’t say enough about what a great job they did. Grant worked with our insurance company on our behalf and explained the process to us so that we had the security of knowing the job would be done right. He was fantastic. During the installation, the site foreman, Martin, kept everything moving efficiently while keeping us informed of their progress. My roof is good, but I had squirrels getting into the attic through the facia/soffit over my back deck. I as concerned my request to just deal with the area over the deck was too small a job for AIC. They took my concern seriously and did a fantastic job removing/replacing the section over the deck and blending it with the existing facia. I’ll definitely get a quote with AIC when it is time to replace my roof.
