AIC is an exceptional company. We just had our roof fully replaced at the office. It is a 18 unit office complex and they did a great job. They went out of their way to make sure that all tenants were safe when entering and exiting the building during the replacement. Big shout out Marty and Abraham for being on top of everything during the upgrade. Would recommend them for any commercial and residential roofing needs!
Excellent company! Easy to work with, very reliable with high standards of excellence. They took impressive protective measures such as blocking all windows with plywood, placed a wooden box over the AC unit, covered all plants and hedges surrounding the house then placed additional tarps along the perimeter of the house. They were very thorough with the clean up and nail recovery from shaking bushes and downspouts to loosen stuck nails. The team completed the job in one day. I recently had these guys replace my existing roof with a brand new one, and I have never seen people working so FAST! They were fast, but very efficient. In only 3-4 hours, they were completely done and all but 1 of their trucks had left! By the way, the 1 truck was still there because either the owner, or the person in charge of the project, was walking all around the property with some sort of magnet to get up anything that might have remained but went unseen!
