They were always in contact and kept us updated with the timing (rain forced a couple of postponements). Once the work started, it proceeded smoothly and professionally. They had to repair the wood underneath the old roof but they were able to complete all in the time promised. It looks good.

I highly recommend AIC for your roofing needs. From start to finish I felt like customer service was important to them. I didn't feel like the questions I asked were an inconvenience to them. I also appreciated all of the pictures they took during install and review along the way so that I knew what I was getting, as well as a follow up inspection by another person a week later to ensure everything was installed properly. The people where very professional and knowledgeable about the roofing needs and materials. Roof was installed in one day and the work was excellent and they did an excellent job of cleaning up. I would highly recommend AIC Roofing to anyone who needs a roof.

I’ve been very impressed with AIC. Every step of the way I’ve met great guys who took special care of my needs. Drew helped me decide what I needed. Taylor stayed on site all day to answer questions and provide updates. Davis came to do a final inspection. He made sure even the little things were to my liking.
