UBM is hands down the best flooring company I’ve worked with. I manage multiple properties with constant foot traffic, including retail spaces where food grease is regularly tracked across concrete floors. Mo and the UBM team are extremely reliable and professional, but most importantly—they get the job done right. They come in and thoroughly clean, scrub, buff, wax, and refinish the floors, leaving them looking brand new, all at very affordable prices. The best floor care solution in KC. We have a building that used to have stains on the common area carpets. We tried two other cleaning companies and the stains kept coming back.
