The best floor care solution in KC. We have a building that used to have stains on the common area carpets. We tried two other cleaning companies and the stains kept coming back. The tenants were asking for new carpet and the vacant space wasn’t showing well. We were going to look into replacing the carpet, but brought in UBM because they came highly recommended. Mo and his team at UBM do the best work. They come up with ideas on how to transform spaces while not breaking the bank. Mo is also a perfectionist and the job is not complete until the owner is satisfied. I have worked with Mo on many, many projects over the past 10 years and he has never disappointed.
