We have a unique rubberized flooring in our church family life center. It shows black marks and food stains which are very noticable. Over the years, UBM-Advanced 360 Floor Care has maintained our floors where it looks brand new. Additionally they are very courteous and timely. I highly recommend their services. UBM is great to work with. Mo and his team are professional and very knowledgeable. I’ve used them for tile and grout work, natural stone and terrazzo flooring projects. They pay attention to the details and make sure the job is done right.

UBM is hands down the best flooring company I’ve worked with. I manage multiple properties with constant foot traffic, including retail spaces where food grease is regularly tracked across concrete floors. Mo and the UBM team are extremely reliable and professional, but most importantly—they get the job done right. They come in and thoroughly clean, scrub, buff, wax, and refinish the floors, leaving them looking brand new, all at very affordable prices. If you ever need flooring services, I highly recommend UBM.

Mo and the whole UBM/Advanced 360 team are just phenomenal. I have used them for years, putting both large scale projects in front of them (reviving the terrazzo flooring in a historic building downtown) and smaller projects (tired of discolored grout and need it sealed) and even late-night, after hours deep cleans of our locker rooms and hydrotherapy spaces.
